This ex-designer trim is a black elastic. Both sides are plush sides with a soft feel.  Suitable for waistbands, bra under bands, and general use. It is flat with a smooth texture and great recovery. Very strong! Dyed in in the UK, special for a lingerie brand. Great for our !
